McPhillips are pleased to have been named on the brand new £1.6bn Pagabo Civils and Infrastructure Framework for delivery of Water Supply & Wastewater and Road Transport projects in the Wales and Midlands regions.
The framework contract starts in June 2022 and will run for four years until May 2026.
In order to be considered for the framework, providers were required to go through a rigorous, PCR2015 compliant tender process, and prove financial suitability and related experience.
As well as this, providers on Pagabo’s frameworks are required to share the company’s passion for social value and innovation.
The Civils and Infrastructure Framework is the latest in a range of framework contracts offered by Pagabo which are all fully EU compliant meaning clients and contracting authorities can be confident that their projects will be procured in a risk-free manner.
The framework is free to access and Pagabo will support users through the procurement process, acting as the link between client, contracting authority and contractor(s). The framework can be used to undertake a further competition or to appoint a contractor directly and Pagabo’s knowledgeable and experienced team will provide as much support as is needed to make projects a success, from the very early stages right through to completion.
McPhillips’ Marketing & Business Development Manager Mark Kiddie said: “We have watched the success of the Pagabo Frameworks grow over the last few years and its exciting to now be a part of this. We are looking forward to playing a collaborative role in the delivery of framework projects while helping Pagabo and their framework users meet their social value ambitions.”
