As we start 2022 there’s plenty of reasons for optimism here at McPhillips. A healthy order book including new and ongoing projects sees us entering into a very busy period with the prospect of much more to come.
We have received notification that we have been successful in our bid for inclusion in the ‘Black Country Framework Contract’. This is great news and we look forward to fantastic opportunities for us to partner with West Midlands Local Authorities across various improvement programmes.
Work will soon commence on our specialist build project for Lakeside School in Liverpool, whilst at the same time our highways team will be assisting our partner Stoford Developments on the A34 Stafford project. A number of ongoing schemes will continue well into 2022… Beaconside Stafford, ‘Sprint’ Highway Works in Birmingham and Telford Fire Station redevelopment to name but three.
Specialist building and maintenance teams will also continue to support ongoing projects nationwide for our client the Dogs Trust. Examples of our work for the Dogs Trust can be viewed here: https://www.mcphillips.co.uk/building/
Our estimating teams are currently working on a number of exciting tenders, we hope to be able to announce our successes later in the year. If you have a project in mind then we’d like to hear from you, our estimating teams can be reached at: https://www.mcphillips.co.uk/contact/
