At McPhillips we’re pleased to have been awarded the second phase of the Prime Point industrial development by London and Cambridge Properties (LCP) at their Pensnett Estate. This follows on from our successful delivery of the £11m phase one scheme which handed over in November 2018.
Phase two is a £7m design & build contract for three new steel framed industrial buildings with combined internal floor area of nearly 10,000m2 and a maximum height of 14m.
We will be constructing ground improvements, drainage, foundations, retaining walls, access roads, hardstandings and dock levellers in order to provide LCP with a turnkey development.
