Terms and Conditions:

 

                1. Promoter:

This giveaway is run by Game Farm Pty Ltd (ABN 53 001 417 465 ]). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By participating, entrants release Instagram from any responsibility related to this competition.

2. Eligibility:

• Open to participants aged 18 years or older.

• Participants must have a public Instagram profile to enter.

• Limited to residents of Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. Proof of residency may be required.

• Employees of Game Farm Pty Ltd and their immediate families are ineligible to participate.

3. How to Enter:

• Follow the [@gamefarm]

• Like the giveaway post.

• Tag 3 friends in the comments of the giveaway post. Each additional comment tagging 3 unique friends counts as an additional entry.

4. Entry Period:

The giveaway opens at [6pm] on November 27th 2024 and closes at 11:59 PM on December 15. 2024. Entries submitted after this time will not be considered.

5. Prize:

• Each prize consists of a Turkey Hamper from Game Farm valued at AUD $300.

• There will be 3 winners selected at random.

• Total prize pool value is AUD $300.

• Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash or other items.

6. Winner Selection and Notification:

• Winners will be chosen randomly using a verifiable and fair method.

• Winners will be announced on December 15th 2024 via Game Farm’s Instagram stories or posts and notified via direct message on Instagram.

• Winners must respond within 48 hours of notification to claim their prize. If a winner fails to respond or meet eligibility requirements, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Trade Promotion Permits:

This giveaway complies with NSW trade promotion regulations.

        8. General Conditions:

• No purchase is necessary to enter.

• This giveaway is void where prohibited by law.

• By entering, participants agree to these terms and conditions and to the use of their Instagram handle for winner announcements.

• Game Farm is not responsible for any technical issues, delays, or disruptions affecting entry submissions, notifications, or prize delivery.

• Game Farm will not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred as a result of participating in the giveaway or using the prize, except for liability that cannot be excluded under Australian law.
